A New Hope

Well I'm almost at an end at the hotel; for now anyway. I've grown tired of hotel work as I've been doing it for almost 3 years. I know that's not a lot of time to some people who have worked at the same dead end job forever, but I think I might have some sort of ADD. I get tired and bored quickly. I hope that doesn't keep me from getting married someday. I don't think it would, love is something that should keep my interest. "I am married to my work. My wife is my mistress; that is why I'm still in love with her." (The French Scientist in "The Core". Okay it was a shitty movie, but that was a good line.) I need to find some profession that keeps my interest over a lifetime; like Star Wars. Yes I am a geek, but I have always loved anything Star Wars. It has fascinated me since I first saw Return of the Jedi in the theatres. It's one of my earliest memories. On most other things throughout my life I have been wishy-washy, but not Star Wars. I think we all need to find our Star Wars saga in life to make our lives worth living; in work and love. I always want to know more about the Star Wars universe. That's it I think. I'm always wanting more. I think that's an important lesson; find some job, some love that makes you always desire to know more. Desire! So everyone go out and find your Star Wars.
